In the stix (read: Covington), the Costco had less of that stuff than did the one in SoDo (south of downtown for all of the non Northwesterners out there!) Like only urban people like organics? Also, the SoDo Costco had more of a selection of Organic fruits and Veggies in bulk. Yet, unfortunately, Costco seems to be equal opportunity when it comes to wall to wall people when you shop on the weekend. :-( I was absolutely floored to see organic brown rice and flour at my Costco, but it seems to depend on which Costco you go to!
